BIM Execution Plan Implementation:
Provide support in developing and ensuring adherence to a BIM Execution Plan, including the establishment of file tree structures, naming conventions, and system coordination hierarchies.

Weekly Coordination Meetings:
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with a dedicated manager.

Federated NAVIS Model Management:
Compile and maintain sub-contractor-provided NWC files into a unified, federated Navisworks coordination model.

Clash Detection and Reporting:
Produce and distribute detailed clash reports to sub-contractors ahead of each meeting, highlighting issues for resolution.

Meeting Recap and Action Items Reporting:
After each coordination meeting, prepare and share a detailed recap with all attendees and stakeholders. The recap will include:-
Decisions made during the meeting.

Outstanding RFIs (Requests for Information).

Work assignments and deadlines to be completed before the next scheduled meeting.

Coordination Sign-Off:
Facilitate sub-contractor sign-offs on finalized coordinated construction drawings.

Provide weekly progress updates to client, detailing:-
Sub-contractors who have submitted their progress/as-built models on time.
