We typically derive these models from point cloud data captured using laser scanning technology. However, we can also produce them using alternative methods, including converting 2D drawings, legacy CAD files, photography and manual field measurements into precise 3D models. Delivered in industry-standard formats like Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD, these models provide architects, engineers, and contractors with reliable, adaptable solutions for seamless design, planning, and coordination.

Topographic Diagrams
We provide detailed, high-accuracy mapping of indoor structural elements, including slab flatness, levelness, underside of slabs, lowest beam elevations, and shear wall planes. Colorized topographic heatmaps visualize elevation changes relative to a benchmark, highlighting rises and falls across surfaces. For detailed analysis, we extract precise elevation measurements on a specified grid, delivering numerical data similar to traditional land surveys. This helps construction managers, architects, engineers, and contractors plan with confidence.
